Passion Fruit Iced Slushy


1 cup Karma Kettle Passionately iced tea

1 cup fresh passion fruit juice

2 cups ice cubes

2 tablespoons superfine sugar (used jaggery instead)

2 large carambolas (star fruits), sliced (did not use)



  1. Combine tea and juice in an 8-inch square glass or ceramic baking dish.
  2. Cover and freeze for 1 hour or until slushy. 
  3. Remove from the freezer; combine tea mixture, ice, and sugar in a blender. Process until smooth. Garnish with a star fruit slice.
