Return and Refund Policy
CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT
Orders once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours from placing the order. In case of any modification of order after 24 hours of placing, customer should write to email@example.com or contact the toll-free number 1800 123 2906 . Order modification will be considered subject to product availability and will be processed at the sole discretion of Karma Kettle only.
We only exchange goods if the product is damaged, defective, nearing its expiry date (within one month of the afore-mentioned date). In such circumstances, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 1800 123 2906 with details of the product and/or the defect. Make sure to contact us promptly (within seven days of delivery) and attach an image as proof, so that we may initiate the return. If you are eligible, the product will be replaced with an identical unit at no additional cost to you.
At Karma Kettle, we look after our customers interest. We do our best to ensure that you are happy with our products. We will be happy to issue a full refund if-
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product is nearing the expiry date (within one month) or has surpassed it
Note: We will not accept used or opened products and they will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Items purchased through special promotion, sales or clearance are final and not eligible for returns or exchange. Ensure that the receipt is kept at hand.
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. If the amount does not reflect in your bank account within this time frame, please contact your bank. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24-48 hours.
How to request for a refund:
To request for a refund, email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. Also attach a picture of the product received. We value customer feedback and use it to improve the quality and efficiency of our service.
