How to Brew

Follow the individual pack directions where provided. Otherwise, use this gentle starting point and adjust to taste:

1. Place one pyramid teabag in a cup and add about 200 ml of water at 75–80°C.
2. Steep for 2–3 minutes, then remove the teabag.
3. Taste without additions first to explore the delicate character. For a fuller cup, increase the steeping time slightly on your next brew.

For a side-by-side tasting, use the same water temperature, volume and steeping time for each blend. Compare the aroma and flavour as the tea cools slightly.
