With its naturally zesty character and deep crimson liquor, hibiscus is particularly delightful as a refreshing iced infusion. Add a little honey for sweetness or a squeeze of citrus for an extra bright finish.

How to Brew

  1. Add 1–2 tsp of hibiscus flowers to a cup.
  2. Pour over 200 ml of freshly boiled water.
  3. Steep for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Strain and enjoy warm.

For a stronger infusion, steep for a few extra minutes.

How to Make Hibiscus Iced Infusion

  1. Steep 1–2 tsp of hibiscus flowers in 200 ml of freshly boiled water for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Allow the infusion to cool.
  3. Pour over a glass filled with ice.
  4. Add honey, lemon or fresh fruit according to your preference.

How to Cold Brew

  1. Add 1–2 tsp of hibiscus flowers to approximately 250 ml of room-temperature water.
  2. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight.
  3. Strain and serve chilled over ice.

Enjoy a naturally caffeine-free herbal infusion with a vibrant colour and refreshing tart, fruity character.
