    1. What is cutting chai?
    Cutting Chai is a popular tea blend from the streets and corner stalls of Bombay or Mumbai. It is a strong milk tea blend created using strong, fine quality CTC tea grains and two exotic Indian spices - cardamom & ginger. 

    2. How is cutting chai served?
    Cutting chai is typically served in glass tumblers, Cutting chai also typically refers to the chai being poured to the half cup of level hence "cutting"

    3. What are the benefits of cutting chai? 
    All the organic ingredients in this tea especially the spices help improve overall immunity and aid digestion

    4. What's an Easy Cutting Chai Recipe? 
    Step 1- Add 1-2 heaped tablespoons of the Cutting Chai tea to boiling water
    Step 2- Let it simmer for 2 minutes before adding milk and let the tea boil for a longer time say 3-4 minutes so it becomes a really strong chai. You will note the dominant flavor of cardamom followed by ginger.
    Step 3-  Strain the tea to pour into glass tumblers( dont forget upto the halfway mark!) 

    5. How can Cutting chai be best enjoyed?
    Cutting chai is best enjoyed with bun maska or piping hot onion pakodas!

    6. Can I add chai masala powder to this?
    Our authentic cutting masala chai is blended with Indian spices like cardamom, cinnamon, fennel and ginger. You can enjoy the robust flavour as it is or if you prefer that extra spice, you can add a pinch of chai masala powder.
